In September 2003, Stik-II Products acquired United Converting, Inc., a master converter and distributor of specialty foam tapes and sealants. In June 2002, Stik-II Products merged with Dielectric Polymers of Holyoke, MA, a manufacturer of high-tech pressure sensitive tapes and films. These partnerships unite the strengths of three companies with more than 60 years of combined experience in the pressure sensitive tape industry. Every day, we put our experience to work for you.
- Custom Coating: In addition to coating acrylic and rubber-based adhesives on open and closed cell foam, we offer custom coating to meet our customers’ precise specifications. Whether you need a tape with a customized adhesive system, specific liner or custom die-cuts, we’re here to provide solutions to meet your individual requirements.

Converting: Our capabilities include rewind slitting, baloney slitting, spooling, long length pancake rolls, sheeting, score cutting and rotary and flat platen die cutting.
Stik-II Products has been designated as a 3M Preferred Converter for all products manufactured at our Easthampton, MA facility including roll conversion and die cutting for double and single sided foam tapes, permanent/removable products and other materials.
The 3M Preferred Alliance program recognizes converter customers that have aligned their company goals and business directions with 3M to achieve mutual growth in industrial markets. Sales and marketing support from 3M helps converters in this program meet industry challenges and provide effective solutions in the marketplace.
- Quality Assurance: From raw material inspection through each production and converting operation, our foam tapes are tested and certified to meet stringent quality requirements. Our manufacturing process is ISO 9001:2000 certified and our products are U.L. recognized and AAMA (American Architectural Manufacturers Association) compliant.
