For secure sealing of joints and seams, sound absorption, vibration dampening, insulating, reducing irregularities in bonding surfaces and mounting applications, Stik-II Products offers a variety of adhesive tapes and sealants. Our acrylic and rubber adhesives coated on open cell urethane foam and closed cell polyethylene foam resist high temperatures for use as a gasket material for heating and A/C units and as a gasket/seal in metal to metal bonding applications.
Our acrylic pressure sensitive tapes prevent condensation build-up on the bonding substrates and provide thermal insulation properties (R-factor = 0.75), adhesive coating on one or two sides, high tack and shear strength and availability in spools, standard length rolls and die-cuts.

HVAC PRODUCTS:
Neoprene Foam Tapes – Closed cell neoprene foam adhesive coated single and double sided for use as a gasket material.
One-Piece Duct Gaskets - Innovative cost saving construction makes our pre-cut gaskets ideal for gap-free seals in duct work. Circle gaskets are available from 4” to 24” inside diameter and scissor gaskets are offered as die-cut square and rectangle gaskets or custom made to fit any specified size opening. Polyethylene foam is coated directly with high tack adhesive to eliminate risk of delamination. Available coated single or double sided with adhesive. Heavy, easy-to-work-with release liner resists tearing and cracking for easy removal.
Polyester/Polyether Foam Tapes - Various grades of open cell foam tapes are available coated single and double sided with adhesive for general purpose bonding and sealing. Also available with a high-slip polypropylene film on one side and adhesive on the other side for noise and vibration control applications. UL rating on polyester foam.
Polyethylene Foam Tapes – Closed cell polyethylene foam coated with acrylic, rubber, differential coated and removable adhesive systems. 1/32” rubber and acrylic adhesive tapes have a U.L. rating for electrical components up to 75° C on a variety of surfaces.
PVC Foam Tapes – Available in low, medium and high density for gap filling and sealing out air, dust and UV light. Tapes offer flexibility, strength and wear resistance.
Butyl Tapes – Solid butyl rubber pressure sensitive tape seals out dust and moisture, provides aggressive adhesion to most surfaces and conforms to irregular contours. Aluminum foil backed all-weather butyl tapes offer instant water-tight bonds for optimum sealing.
Duct Tapes – General purpose, high performance and economy grade duct tapes available with polyethylene coated cloth and foil backings provide aggressive adhesion for sealing duct work.
Foil Tapes – Available with acrylic, synthetic and butyl rubber adhesives for all-weather sealing. Thermal insulation tape offers sound/vibration dampening and prevents condensation build-up.
Very High Bond Tapes – Structural grade solid acrylic tapes and very high bond acrylic foam tapes are used to replace mechanical fasteners. Tapes offer high bond strength for sound and vibration dampening and joint sealing.
Spray Adhesive – Fast, aggressive tack and low soak-in rate on a variety of substrates for ease of use in insulation mounting and general purpose bonding.
Sealants
Polyurethane and silicone sealants provide permanent seals against moisture, dust and air for sealing joints in sheet metal and duct work.
