For bonding a wide variety of plastics, we produce foam tapes with plasticizer migration resistance and high adhesion to low surface energy substrates. Our adhesive tapes can be easily and economically applied in-line to plastic extrusions with longer length rolls, spools and extended liner products. Available liners include paper, poly-coated paper and polyethylene film. Our foam tapes provide excellent adhesion to many plastics including polyethylene, polypropylene, rigid and flexible PVC, nylon, ABS and polystyrene.
Our Very High Bond Tapes are flexible, moldable and compressible, offering superior adhesion on dissimilar materials to replace fasteners such as rivets, welds and liquid adhesives. These tapes provide excellent weathering and long-term aging properties and maintain strong adhesion at sub-zero temperatures.

PLASTIC MOLDER/EXTRUDER PRODUCTS:
Polyester/Polyether Foam Tapes - Various grades of open cell foam tapes are available coated single and double sided with adhesive for general purpose bonding and sealing. Also available with a high-slip polypropylene film on one side and adhesive on the other side for noise and vibration control applications.
Polyethylene Foam Tapes – Closed cell polyethylene foam coated with acrylic, rubber, differential coated and removable adhesive systems.
PVC Foam Tapes – Available in low, medium and high density for gap filling and sealing out air, dust and UV light. Tapes offer flexibility, strength and wear resistance.
Very High Bond Tapes – Structural grade solid acrylic tapes and very high bond acrylic foam tapes are used to replace mechanical fasteners.
